Q: Do you print the shirts yourself?

A: No, we partner with a high-quality print-on-demand manufacturer to bring our designs to life. This ensures professional printing and allows us to offer more designs without waste!

Ordering & Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Since each item is made to order, processing typically takes 2-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location, but standard shipping usually takes 2-5 business days.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?

A: At this time, we only offer standard shipping. Since our items are made to order, expedited shipping does not speed up production time.

Q: Where do you ship from?

A: Our print-on-demand partner has multiple production facilities. Your order will be fulfilled at the location closest to your shipping address whenever possible to reduce shipping times.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Because our items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or issue with your order. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at thegoldenwildflowerboutique@gmail.com with photos, and we’ll make it right!

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

A: Orders go into production quickly, so we can only make changes within 1 hour of placing your order. Please email us ASAP at thegoldenwildflowerboutique@gmail.com if you need to make a change.

Product & Sizing Information

Q: How do I choose the right size?

A: We include a size chart on each product page. We recommend measuring a favorite t-shirt at home and comparing it to the size chart for the best fit.

Q: How should I care for my shirt?

A: To keep your shirt looking its best, we recommend washing inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low. Avoid ironing directly on the design.

Custom & Bulk Orders

Q: Do you offer custom designs?
